Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy with one of our products we will work with you to resolve the problem. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any custom manufactured products. Please “measure twice” before you place your order, or call us before you place your order for custom products.
If your items are in like new condition and in the original shipping carton you may return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the round trip shipping cost (outbound and return shipping). Items must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping costs. If the reason for the return is a result of our error we will gladly pay for the shipping. If the reason for the return is due to your dissatisfaction we will work with you to resolve the issue. We cannot accept returns on customized, personalized, final–sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
If the product is defective we will work with you and the manufacturer to replace or repair the product.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, our return policy applies, and round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
