This product arrives in a carton fully assembled. Standard shipping with front door delivery is free. Front door means delivery of furniture to your home at front door, garage, or covered area. The shipping company will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a drop off time Monday through Friday. Inside delivery and assembly (white glove delivery) is available for an additional fee..

I found the perfect chair!

It's an awesome chair, even for those who don't need the lift capability. I'm able to get comfortable every time I sit in my chair. I am 6 ft 2 in, and my chair fits me perfectly. I had Polio as a child and now in my 70s I have significantly new muscle weakness on the side of my body that was not so affected by polio. Being able to get comfortable and then to also be able to use the lift to stand up with greatly enhances my days.

I searched and searched for the perfect chair for weeks, and I'm so glad that I found Lift and Massage Chairs because they have created the perfect chair. I have not been unhappy with my chair since the day I got it. It is a solid and well made chair!

I hardly recommend these chairs for the manufacturer's attention to detail. I recommend it to everybody that I know, even if they don't need a lift chair.

Follow-Up Review

I would like to follow-up with my initial product review. After including, in my initial review, the issue concerning the missing caster and inability to raise the footrest after 3 weeks of use, a rep from the company, Amanda, contacted me. She was very nice and professional. She advised that the missing caster is being sent and she offered a quick fix to solve the problem with the footrest. The issue was fixed within a matter of seconds. Despite the fact that she fixed the problem, she also advised that I would receive a new hand controller and box to ensure that the issue would not happen again. Given the excellent customer service and easy fix to my issue with new easy to replace parts, I would definitely recommend this chair and company!
