Just what I wanted!

I purchased a Barcolounger chair from a consignment shop a few years ago and loved it. We recently repainted our living room and needed 2 recliners. A friend of mine mentioned that she had just purchased 2 recliners from Lift and Massage Chairs and how happy she was with them. So I ordered 2 Barcolounger recliners just like the one I had and I love them. They came well packed in cardboard boxes and were very easy to assemble. Thank you so much Lift and Massage Chairs!

Needs warranty service visit

I ordered cream. The chair is more of a bigger. But will work. The chair is substancially under filled in the back and seat. I have had to place a service warranty call to remedy the situation. Its been 3 weeks of use which is very uncomfortable until this gets resolved. I was sent a box of stuffing, now have to wait for a technician to do the work. Which won't be till 10-25-21. Sure hoping this remedies the situation. For the price, I'm disappointed that the quality wasn't what I expected. The chair is very nice otherwise.

Comfort is a very individual experience. We're sorry the chair back isn't as firm as you prefer. We are sure that the technician will be able to adjust the amount of fill in the back to meet your needs.

Disappointed

This recliner is not comfortable if you over 5’6.
Have to return it.
People should be made aware of that that chair
is not to be for tall people.
I will give it 2 stars!

Lift and Massage Chairs responds: The Melrose is only 39.5" high. It is not a large chair and is designed for specifically for smaller rooms and smaller individuals.

Great Recliner and Great Service!

Super comfortable in a beautiful gray leather and streamlined footprint! Style is a great blend of traditional and modern. Would definitely recommend!
Would also definitely recommend purchasing from Lift and Massage Chairs. Small issue with one of the two chairs we purchased. Randy was fantastic about following up with Barcalounger to ensure it was resolved.

Love our new recliner!

Our new leather recliner arrived quickly and was so easy to assemble. Our whole family loves this chair! Very comfortable for a smaller recliner. Also, very stylish and the brown leather is beautiful.
