Description
The Barcalounger Kendall Recliner is an updated classic with a unique 44.5" high barrel back with button tufting. To recline requires only a gentle push on the arms. This wingback recliner is accented with nail head trim, a shaped ottoman board and knee back rolled arms. The footrest extension provides additional leg support. Other distinctive features include a welted, loose box seat cushion contains pocket coil springs with a down wrap that will provide years of comfort. Hand carved wood legs in a mahogany finish complete the distinctive look. The Barcalounger Kendall recliner is 100% genuine leather.

This product arrives in a carton. The chair requires minor assembly. Standard shipping with curbside delivery is free. Curbside means delivery of furniture to your home at the driveway, sidewalk, or nearest access point. Needs support for head.

The chair needs support for your head and is not comfortable. There is a loose flap on the back and the chair should have been styled differently.
It sits higher than most chairs and is larger than a wing chair, but smaller than an over-stuffed recliner. The delivery was excellent and so is the leather.

The chair is well made but not very comfortable. The cushion depth is shallow.the recline position doesn’t stay reclined well. It’s made in China.

Comfort is a very individual issue. What is comfortable to one person may not be to another. Barcalounger chairs are built in China. But the chairs are very well built and use excellent leathers. Keeping the chair reclined may have to do with where you sit in the chair (its best to have your bottom as far back as possible). There are also two wing nuts under the chair that allow you to adjust the spring tension.

BEAUTY FOR THE BEAST!

I purchased this chair for my husband for Father's Day. He has a similar Barcalounger in his man cave, and wanted the same comfort in our great room. He loves the comfort, I love the classic style! I hate bulky overstuffed recliners. This chair is a class act. I ordered it in the new butterscotch color, which is gorgeous, and fits in nicely with my French Country decor. My only complaint is that at delivery, the chair was on a pallet, and the driver would not take the pallet, so we had to pay to dispose of it.
