Warranty

Lifetime warranty on the steel mechanism. The Motor, Hand Control, Scissor Mechanism, Electrical and Fabric have a one year warranty. Labor costs are covered for one year.

Shipping & Delivery

This product arrives in a carton. The chair requires minor assembly. Standard shipping with curbside delivery is free. Curbside means delivery of furniture to your home at the driveway, sidewalk, or nearest access point. The shipping company will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a drop off time Monday through Friday. Inside delivery and assembly (white glove delivery) is available for an additional fee.
