Barcalounger Presidential Leather Recliner

Both came with front door delivery, fairly fast delivery time. Product was easy to assemble and looked/functioned as advertised. As for the chair itself, 4.7/5. I’m 6 feet tall and when reclining I don’t have effective head/neck support. This could have been built with 1 of two modifications.
1) reduce the thickness in seat cushion so my butt sits lower and aligns better with the backing to rest on the back.
2) Make the chair back about 2-3 inches taller

It should break in over time and provide better support. Until then, I’ll have a pillow handy to fill the gap.

UPS didn't show up during the scheduled delivery date. No calls or texts to reschedule. I couldn't get them to call me back. I called L&M Chairs and Randy spent the next three days tracking down my chairs. He was relentless and kept me informed of the progress.
The chairs are awesome, easy to assemble and absolutely beautiful. Thanks Randy you deserve a raise! Best Customer Service ever.

Very competent delivery.A very nice chair but the back is to short for a tall guy (6’-2”))

The chair was as shown, but not tall enough in the back for a tall guy like me (6'2") - no head or neck support.
This will go to my wife, while I look for a taller backed recliner.

Quality seems fine - time will tell.

Beautiful chair. REALLY HARD to open and close the recliner. Don't buy it after a stomach surgery. They waited weeks to ship it, which I didn't appreciate. And, unrelated to the review, my cat already scratched the dang back of it. So sad. Chair is pretty but meh.
